Jonathan Cohen is a former partner of a medium-sized New York metropolitan accounting firm. He graduated St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He joined the firm in 2010 and became a partner in 2011.  Jonathan has been providing accounting, audit, tax, and business management services for clients for over 25 years. He has worked with wholesale, retail, manufacturing, legal, real estate, and closely held family-owned businesses. Jonathan’s expertise includes obtaining and negotiating various types of financial arrangements, implementation of business plans, developing succession plans for business continuity, and performing due diligence for sales and acquisitions for businesses.
